Another tidbit for the Apple Computer company, new iPods. Out without photos, in with pix and color for all. Apple has announced that the new iPod line will all be essentially iPod Photos.

The simplified iPod lineup features a 20GB model, holding up to 5,000 songs priced at US$299 and a 60GB model, holding up to 15,000 songs priced at $399. In addition, the new iPod U2 Special Edition also includes a color screen and has been reduced in price to $329, and the 1GB iPod shuffle has also been lowered to $129.
